Positive, The mattress was comfy, and the location is unbeatable, right by the port. We enjoyed a decent shower and clean sheets. The staff was kind and helpful, adding a nice touch to our stay. it’s a solid choice for a quick stop before a ferry ride. 😊

The room was clean, but the cigarette smell was a bit much.

missingWrote a review on Dec 04working air conditioningnarrow stairsshabby common areas
I appreciated the working air conditioning in the room.
Unfortunately, the stairs are quite narrow and steep, which made moving around a bit challenging. the room had a broken privacy screen for the toilet, detracting from the comfort. I also felt that the common areas could use some refurbishment as they appeared shabby.

Loved how super close it was to the port – perfect for ferry travelers! Just beware of the strong cigarette smell in the rooms. 😷

The air conditioning worked well in the room, allowing for a comfortable night's sleep after a long day. The room was clean upon arrival, a saving grace amidst the dated decor.
The hotel itself has some quirks that may not sit well with everyone. For starters, the narrow and steep stairs can be a challenge, even if there's a small lift for two, which still requires lugging your bags up to the first floor for check-in. the shower had issues with the phone connection leaking, making it more trouble than it should be. Lastly, the overall vibe in the room felt old and slightly unsettling, reminiscent of a relic from another era. Some needed refurbishments, especially regarding the privacy screen for the toilet, detracted from the comfort of the stay.

this hotel is super close to the port which is perfect if ur catchin a ferry! the staff were also really nice and let us hang around a bit after check out since our cruise was later. there are some good restaurants nearby too, great food options!
the room was a bit dated and could've used some upgrades. It was kinda small and had some cleanliness issues. also, the bathroom amenities were pretty basic.

missingWrote a review on Sept 28cigarette smellstairs trouble
the cigarette smell permeated my stay, even with sticky towel pillows. oh, and of course, the rickety stairs to the elevator were just delightful. you would think I might’ve received a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but I guess that’s too much to ask at this establishment. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The 24-hour reception was a lifesaver upon my late arrival, and the friendly staff made everything easy! Plus, it's just 2 minutes from the ferry gates.

The location is unbeatable, just steps from the ferry terminal, making it ideal for travelers with early departures. The staff are welcoming and quick to assist with any questions. the room felt rather outdated and gave off a bit of a creepy vibe, while the elevator seemed like it belonged to another era. Cleanliness was acceptable, but the basic amenities and overall decor could benefit from modernization.

Basic but fine for a night
The room was super basic and kinda small, but it was clean and had a working air con. The bathroom was, well, pretty tiny. The location was awesome, just a hop from the ferry port. Oh, and there’s a chill bar/lounge area if you wanna hang out. Just be ready for some old-school vibes.
